- What personal resources will help you to make it happen? And what else?
- In what way can you involve your children? How would you like to involve them?

- What real options do you have to get it?
- What merits have you accumulated to get that salary increase?
- What ideas do you think to get it?
- Who can directly influence a salary increase decision?
- Who could support you to get it?
- When is the best time to quit and how to tell the boss?
